研究领域或方向

张光旻,博士,现为东莞理工学院国际微电子学院副院长、副教授。主要从事传感器设计和应用、监测系统的研究。主持和参与的项目包括国家自然科学基金,广东省自然科学基金等近10项。以第一作者和共同一作发表学术论文20余篇,其中SCIEI收录20篇,以主要发明人授权国家发明专利8件。
