周海,教授,博士生导师,广东省电子学会理事、东莞理工学院学科领军人才,获湖北省自然科学二等奖。连续两年(2023,2024年)入选“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”,担任Nano-Micro Lett.青年编委,Nat. Commun.等期刊审稿人。以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Commun.、Energ. Environ. Sci.、IEEE Electron Device Lett.等著名期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,SCI引用超过3800次,H指数37;授权国家发明专利8项。主持国家自然基金面上项目、省部级及以上项目5项。近年来一直致力于半导体微纳米结构的可控制备及光电器件研究。在一维氧化物半导体纳米线、钙钛矿微纳米结构等的可控制备及其光电探测性能研究等方面取得了一系列创新性研究结果。
