武文逸,博士。2022年博士毕业于福州大学,获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,2025年西安交通大学博士后出站,2025年入职东莞理工学院。在包括《ACS Nano》、《Advanced Science》、《Advanced Optical Materials》、《Applied Physics Letters》 等国际重要学术期刊上发表 SCI 论文 10篇,获得国家授权发明专利 6项。现主持广东省区域联合青年基金项目1项。主要从事半导体光电材料的开发制备、集成及其工作机理研究。
