简介

牛高强博士长期从事MEMS工艺开发、半导体传感器设计、半导体光伏等方向的研究工作。近年来,在相关研究领域以第一作者发表中科院一区学术论文 2 篇、四区学术论文 1 篇;在 IEEE MEMSTransducersNEMSICEPT 等国际会议发表论文多篇,此外 申请并获批中国专利 2 项,国际专利 1 项。
